We are open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Sundays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Panchakarma therapies like Shirodhara and potli massage are scheduled in dedicated slots, so please book those a day in advance to avoid waiting.
